Post-Doctoral Position in Computational Biology at MIT
I have an opening for a postdoc in my new computational biology group in
the MIT Biology Department starting this winter or spring.
My lab will focus on the following research areas:
RNA splicing specificity / alternative splicing
Gene finding / automatic genome interpretation
Molecular evolution / comparative genomics
Qualifications
Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, computational
biology, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
Demonstrated interest in computational molecular biology
Ability to work independently
